What condition are the linens in?

All resale linens are gently used and professionally cleaned. Due to their previous use, some items may have slight fading or other minor cosmetic imperfections. Each piece is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is clean, functional, and meets our quality standards before being listed for sale.

How does pickup work?

We make it easy:

- Orders placed by 10:00 AM on Tuesday will be ready for pickup that Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Tuesday will be ready the following Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM

When your order is ready, just bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone) when you come to collect.

Do you accept cash payments?

No, we do not accept cash payments. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo for secure and convenient checkout.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Due to the nature of resale and limited quantities, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, we are happy to help prior to checkout.

Are these the same linens used in your event rentals?

Yes! These linens have been part of past events styled by Waterford Event Rentals. Offering them for resale gives these high-quality pieces a second life while making sustainable styling more accessible.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because these are retired rental items sold at a significant discount, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about condition or sizing, please reach out before purchasing, we're happy to help you make the right call.

Do you ship?

Not at the moment, we're pickup only. We'll let you know if that changes!

Can I pick up at a different day/time?

Rental pickups are available only during the scheduled pickup date and time. To ensure all orders are prepared and available as promised, we are unable to accommodate alternate pickup days or times at this moment. Please plan accordingly when scheduling your purchase!

How do I know what size linen will work for me?

Please refer to our "Guides & Inspiration" Page for details regarding linen sizing.

Please note: All sizing is based on standard 30-inch-high banquet tables. Floor-length linens are our most popular choice for weddings and formal events. Puddle refers to extra fabric that gracefully pools on the floor for a more dramatic look, while an 18–24 inch drop offers a more casual appearance without reaching the floor.
